Summary:

During a routine annual inspection of a subsea well, our client detected an anomaly on the internal surface of a subsea wellhead.

Client unable to confirm whether or not this was a defect (they didn’t have a laser) and the photographic evidence is insufficient to confirm. Wellhead integrity must be maintained – production cannot proceed without confirmation.
